The Coronado Tourism Improvement District (CTID), known as Discover Coronado, established by the Coronado City Council, is comprised of nine members. Representatives of the four largest Coronado hotels: the Hotel del Coronado, Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Coronado Island Marriott Resort and Spa, and the Glorietta Bay Inn. Also represented are the Coronado Chamber of Commerce, Coronado MainStreet, and the Coronado Historical Association & Visitor Center. Two at-large community representatives are appointed directly by the City Council.
