Commission Meeting

The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission issues and regulates permits for the manufacture, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages throughout the State of Indiana. The Commission issues and regulates employee permits for bartenders, waiters, waitresses, salespersons, and clerks who sell, serve, or dispense alcoholic beverages in the State of Indiana. They also issue and regulate tobacco retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.

The Commission meetings are on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 10 a.m.
