The South Fulton City Council is the legislative body of the city of South Fulton, made up of seven members who are elected to four-year terms. The South Fulton City Council votes on new laws and policies, as well as which services to provide and how to pay for and regulate them. The Council approves annual budgets and sets the City’s millage rate, fees, and fines.

The Council meets at 4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month for a work session and at 4 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday for a regular meeting. All meetings are streamed live on the City’s YouTube channel. Residents can provide public comments online.
